Registration Instructions:

(1) The registration fee covers only 6 pagers. If your paper exceeds 6 pages, you will need to pay for the extra pages.
(2) Each paper must have a dedicated registration with full payment received by the deadline specified in the acceptance email for the paper to be included in the proceedings and conference program.
(3) An author with multiple accepted papers must pay a registration fee for each accepted paper.
(4) All accepted but unregistered papers will be excluded from the conference proceedings, conference program, EI Compendex, Scopus, etc.
(5) US Dollar payments should be made using Paypal (either via credit card or Paypal balance). (If your country does not have Paypal, please contact the conference committee.)
(6) After payment, please remember to:
(i) Upload your final paper and complete IEEE Copyright Transfer after login to CMT submission system https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/User/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FMLCR2023
(ii) Email us your Paypal payment confirmation email.

注册说明：

每一篇论文都必须注册缴费（如果您有多篇论文被录用，则需要为多篇论文注册缴费）。会议注册费（含论文版面费）为人民币3100元（6页之内，超页后加收480元/页）。同一第一作者的第二篇文章起，每篇文章优惠300元（每一篇2800元）。

本次会议委托第三方会务公司收缴会议费用，并可开具会议费、会务费的发票，发票所开内容和单位请作者在给会务组发缴费凭证的邮件里注明。

组委会须要在录用通知里的截止日前收到每篇文章的费用、最终稿和IEEE版权转移（ 登录https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/User/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FMLCR2023），该文章才能被出版和检索。被录用但未在截止日前完成这些要求的文章将不被发表和检索。
